On Wednesday, August 20, Haney filed a lawsuit against Sayed in Los Angeles, claiming she\u2019s been trying to shake him down for cash and drag his name through the mud. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Devin alleges Sayed threatened \u201creputational ruin\u201d and restricted his access to their daughter to squeeze money out of him.<\/p>\n

The boxing star says Sayed has been spreading \u201cfalse and defamatory statements\u201d about him, calling her actions \u201cextreme and outrageous.\u201d Devin\u2019s not just stopping at defamation, though. He\u2019s also suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeking unspecified damages.
