It’s a downright blizzard out there right now in Mammoth, May 16 at about 10:30 a.am., with icy temps, enough wind to make blowing snow a visibility issue for drivers, slushy roads and some serious snow on Mammoth Mountain already; almost a foot as of this morning – and a lot more to come before this very unusual, winter-like pattern exits sometime late next week or late next weekend.
