UK Vicar Under Investigation For Calling Trans Archdeacon “A Bloke”<\/span><\/p>\n

A vicar is in trouble for expressing criticism of the Church of England\u2019s decision to appoint a transgender archdeacon, after he noted that the person is \u201cbiologically, a bloke.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Reverend Brett Murphy is being investigated after he recently posted a video slamming the CofE for putting \u201ca radical rainbow activist\u201d in a \u201cposition of high authority in a diocese\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Murphy resigned his position earlier this year, but now faces an official rebuke, according to\u00a0The Telegraph<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the video he stated \u201cYou may roll your eyes, if you are a complementarian, that another feminist is getting a prominent high-ranking position in the CofE, but this is worse than that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Rev Rachel Mann is in fact, biologically, a bloke, who identifies and lives as a woman,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Murphy added.<\/p>\n

He went on to ponder whether the CofE is \u201cpositioning\u201d the Rev Mann to become the first ever transgender bishop, noting that some would view such an appointment as \u201ccomplete rebellion against God\u2019s word\u201d.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the disciplinary action, which could lead to a permanent mark on his clergy file, and barring from employment in the CofE forever, Murphy stated \u201cAs a Christian minister it is my duty to proclaim the gospel whenever I can. I make no apology for that.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe decisions by the CofE to investigate and pursue me for stating biological truth has reinforced and vindicated all the concerns that I raised in the original vlog,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Murphy added that \u201cThe re-opening of the complaint especially exposes the drive within the CofE to censor and banish any dissenting voice that does not agree or celebrate extreme LGBT ideology.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As we have previously highlighted, The CofE has become so infested with wokery to the point that it has\u00a0considered dropping the phrase \u201cour Father\u201d<\/a>\u00a0from the start of the Lord\u2019s Prayer, and instructing clergy to refrain from using male pronouns when talking about God.<\/p>\n

Some churches have gone as far as erasing references to the nativity and Jesus in a Christmas carol and\u00a0replacing them with a celebration of \u201cqueer\u201d people<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In July last year, the Church of England\u00a0refused<\/a>\u00a0to define what a woman was, saying they had no definition of it on their books, despite still ostensibly opposing same sex marriage.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the CofE announced it was introducing\u00a0quotas for black and ethnic clergy\u00a0<\/a>to pave the way for \u2018anti-racism training\u2019 in the Church, as well as \u2018contextualising church statues that may cause offence.\u201d<\/p>\n

Telegraph: “The Church of England will introduce a quota for black and minority ethnic (BAME) clergy, roll out anti-racism training & contextualise church statues “that may cause pain or offence.”<\/p>\n

BAME quota goal is 30%. Last census showed UK is 87.2% white.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year the CofE also\u00a0established a \u00a3100 million fund<\/a>\u00a0to \u201caddress\u00a0past wrongs of slavery,\u201d even as some church buildings are literally falling apart.<\/p>\n
