How Climate Racketeers Aim To Force Us Into Smart Gulags<\/span><\/p>\n

Shocking evidence is emerging from Australia and New Zealand of how the climate scam is being used to impose a techno-totalitarian smart-city future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

The criminocratic global imperialists often use their\u00a0Commonwealth<\/a>\u00a0colonies to try out the most insidious escalations of their tyranny \u2013 think of Canada, New Zealand and Australia during Covid.<\/p>\n

We can therefore assume that this is going to be the blueprint for the roll-out of their\u00a0Fourth Industrial Revolution<\/a>\u00a0agenda across the world.<\/p>\n

The sinister scheme in question, called \u201cManaged Retreat\u201d, has been exposed by independent researcher Kate Mason on her\u00a0excellent Substack blog<\/a>\u00a0aimed at \u201cdeconstructing 4IR narratives\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The idea is that exaggerated \u201cmodelling\u201d of the imagined effects of \u201cclimate change\u201d is being used to define certain areas as unsuitable for human settlement.<\/p>\n

Working hand in hand with the state is the insurance industry \u2013 long a central part of the corrupt criminocratic empire \u2013 which deems homes in these areas to be \u201cuninsurable\u201d.<\/p>\n

Banks are also playing their part (of course!<\/em>) saying they are unwilling to provide mortgages for these \u201cuninsurable\u201d properties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

In her\u00a0latest article<\/a>, Kate refers to a TV report about Kensington Banks, near Melbourne city centre, which has been newly declared a flood zone.<\/p>\n

She writes:\u00a0\u201cProperty prices are expected to plummet by 20 percent. I think that\u2019s rather conservative \u2013 who is going to buy in a flood zone? Unless it\u2019s a developer who will raze it all to the ground and build a Smart Resilient complex\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in New Zealand, residents are up in arms about attempts to impose \u201cretreat\u201d from coastal areas under the pretext of a predicted rise in sea levels.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0this media report<\/a>\u00a0shows, they are not buying the scaremongering climate propaganda.<\/p>\n

Tim Rees said.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019ve lived by Paraparaumu Beach since 1965 and the beach is actually getting bigger. For 45 years I\u2019ve dived off K\u0101piti Island and the rocks are still at the same height at low tide\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Added Tania Lees:\u00a0\u201cThe science isn\u2019t settled and there is no consensus. We don\u2019t believe the sea levels are rising significantly and [that] we will all be flooded.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Central and local government couldn\u2019t fund\u00a0\u201ca process on this scale\u201d<\/em>, she said.\u00a0\u201cSo far, the ratepayers have paid in excess of $4 million for the Takutai K\u0101piti process.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWe simply can\u2019t afford to spend more. If implemented, managed retreat would be in excess of $1 billion.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

As for the agenda behind all this, Kate\u00a0writes<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Finding the information on climate change modelling and insurance has joined the dots for me regarding the enormous amount of pack and stack housing developments going ahead in Australia.<\/em><\/p>\n

They\u2019re going to need to put us all somewhere when our houses are uninsurable and we have to sell them for a pittance.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is clear that this is \u2018Resilient\u2019 Smart Cities. Everything hooked up to the internet and data collected, stored and used as modelling to dictate increasingly dystopian government measures of control and enforcement\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

By way of confirmation, she reveals that the Insurance Council of Australia, involved in Managed Retreat, works within the Public Private Partnership model and adheres to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, even being a foundation member of the United Nations Principles for Sustainable Insurance.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

The UN\u2019s smart gulag agenda was paraded in their 80-page booklet entitled \u201cCentering People in Smart Cities: A playbook for local and regional governments\u201d, as we\u00a0reported<\/a>\u00a0in 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also in 2022, a body called the Australian Climate Council released a study which estimated that 1 in 25 of all homes and commercial buildings in the country would become effectively uninsurable by 2030 because of \u201cworsening extreme weather events\u201d.<\/p>\n

River flooding posed the biggest risk, according to the study, with flash flooding and bushfires identified as the other main hazards contributing to properties becoming \u201cuninsurable\u201d.<\/p>\n

As well as calling for \u201cmanaged relocations\u201d, the report stressed the need for \u201cupscaling public investments in resilience\u201d and to \u201csupport communities to \u2018build back better\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n

It declared: \u201cTowns, cities and communities must be rebuilt \u2013 where appropriate to do so \u2013 in a way that takes into account the inevitable future changes in climate and makes them more resilient\u201d.<\/p>\n

It comes as little surprise that this report was\u00a0proudly showcased<\/a>\u00a0on the website of the World Economic Forum\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n
