Dem Strategist Wakes Up: We Need To Stop Being “The Party Of Wokeness And Moral Condescension”<\/span><\/p>\n

A leading Democratic strategist has slammed the Party for pandering to radical leftists and alienating regular Americans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Julian Epstein said during a FOX News interview, \u201cthere is a deeper cultural problem with the left and with the Democratic Party.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a party of wokeness and it\u2019s a party of moral condescension,\u201d he further explained.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cYour previous segment where you\u2019re talking about immigration, what the left has done is they have said to people, if you disagree with us on open borders, then you\u2019re a bad person,<\/strong>\u201d Epstein added.<\/em><\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cAnd what that has done is it has caused the left to shut its ears and to stop listening to people. And it\u2019s made it a lot dumber.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes them feel good amongst themselves. It helps them achieve social status amongst fellow progressives,\u201d<\/strong> he succinctly outlined.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt has made them a lot more tuned out to what the country is saying and it has made them ineffective. And I think, and a big reason I think for the [election] loss,\u201d Epstein added.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd what the Democrats have to do is cast away this sort of culture of moral condescension and talking down to people and start listening,\u201d the strategist advised.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWe talked about this with all the expression of the use of the words fascism and end of democracy,\u201d he continued, adding \u201cPeople just tuned out to that stuff. They don\u2019t believe it and they don\u2019t like the moral condescension.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI think, as I said, the candidates were wrong. And I think that the Democrats are going to have to do things like going on Joe Rogan\u2019s podcast,\u201d Epstein urged, adding that \u201cthe fact that you had a few woke staffers inside the Harris campaign saying it might offend fellow progressives going on is lunacy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

If you look back to fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years back, Democrats were saying more radical things about immigration than Trump does.<\/p>\n
