The suspect was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, black hooded jacket, yellow hoodie, jeans, red and white sneakers, and carrying a backpack.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.zerohedge.com\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/ds_0.jpg?itok=5Zrh9w3O\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The suspect reportedly left the Whitehall Street station shortly after midnight, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/04\/10\/us-news\/sicko-accused-of-sexually-abusing-corpse-on-nyc-subway-sources\/\">the Post added<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He is a heroin addict who had been living with his brother in the Bronx after getting out of prison, the brother <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/04\/10\/us-news\/sicko-accused-of-sexually-abusing-corpse-on-nyc-subway-sources\/\">told<\/a> <em>The Post<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has never done anything like this in his life \u2014 not what they said he did. I don\u2019t think that he did that. He\u2019s not that type of person,\u201d he said. \u201cThey said he took his thing out and put it in the guy\u2019s \u2026 yeah I don\u2019t think he did that he\u2019s not a pervert.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The family is \u201cin shock\u201d and \u201cmad,\u201d and believes police need to investigate further.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo matter how bad the heroin addiction is, he\u2019s not like that,\u201d his brother added.
