“I’m Always In Pain”: Dilbert Creator Scott Adams Announces He Has ‘Same Cancer As Biden’ And Has Months To Live<\/span><\/p>\n

Scott Adams, the prolific cartoonist behind the ‘Dilbert’ comic who was canceled from newspapers nationwide for expressing conservative opinions, says he has the same type of aggressive cancer as former President Joe Biden and has just months to live.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I have the same cancer that Joe Biden has. I also have prostate cancer that has also spread to my bones,” said the 67-year-old Adams during his May 19 “Coffee with Scott Adams” show on Rumble.<\/p>\n

“My life expectancy is maybe this summer. I expect to be checking out from this domain sometime this summer.”<\/p>\n

Adams said that the cancer “is already intolerable.”<\/p>\n

“I can tell you that I don\u2019t have good days. So if you are wondering, \u2018Hey Scott, do you have any good days\u2019? Nope. Nope. Every day is a nightmare and evening is even worse.”<\/p>\n

“I do have the ability to kind of get up for this part of the day, but I am in pain, and I\u2019m always in pain<\/strong>. And the pain moves around to different parts of my body,\u201d he said during the show. \u201cI\u2019ve been using a walker to walk for months now.”<\/p>\n

Scott Adams gives solid words of wisdom after revealing his cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n

“I realize that for some of you, this is hitting you hard because you’re hearing it for the first time.”<\/p>\n

As the Epoch Times<\/em><\/a> notes further, Adams said he wouldn\u2019t go into the details about treatments he’d undergone. However, he did mention that he attempted to use medications such as ivermectin and fenbendazole to no effect.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adams had words of support for Biden and his family.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d like to extend my respect and compassion and sympathy for the ex-president and his family, because they\u2019re going to be going through an especially tough time<\/strong>,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, a Biden spokesperson confirmed that an aggressive form of prostate cancer had spread to the former president\u2019s bones, meaning that it has metastasized. The American Cancer Society says<\/a> that when a cancer metastasizes, the survival rate drops significantly.<\/div>\n

\u201cWhile this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective management,\u201d Biden\u2019s office told media outlets. \u201cThe President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

In a post on X on Monday morning, Biden included a photo of himself and his wife Jill Biden, and wrote: \u201cCancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prostate cancers are graded for aggressiveness using what\u2019s known as a Gleason score. The scores range from 6 to 10, with 8, 9, and 10 prostate cancers behaving more aggressively. Biden\u2019s office said his score was 9, suggesting his cancer is among the most aggressive.<\/p>\n

A number of political leaders on both sides of the political aisle sent words of support to Biden after the announcement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trump, a longtime political opponent, wrote on social media that he was saddened by the news and \u201cwe wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s vice president, Kamala Harris, said on social media that she was keeping him in her family\u2019s \u201chearts and prayers during this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams launched \u201cDilbert\u201d in 1989. Known for its satirical office humor, the comic at one point appeared in thousands of newspapers across multiple languages.<\/p>\n

In 2023, the strip was dropped by many publications after Adams made controversial comments on race.<\/p>\n
