Everyone probably remembers during Donald Trump\u2019s first presidency when Kelly Osbourne completely jammed her foot in her mouth during a segment on\u00a0The View<\/em>\u00a0when she got a little carried away talking like a tough guy<\/strong>, delivering what she no doubt thought was a zinger: \u201cIf you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?\u201d<\/p>\n

It was such a monumental jack** moment, even the other\u00a0View<\/em>\u00a0women gasped and cringed,<\/strong> and Osbourne quickly backpeddled.<\/p>\n

That was only the beginning.<\/p>\n

Since then, Democrat after Democrat has warned what enforcing immigration law means (but only when Republicans do it), and that is the disappearance of slave labor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(I swear, if in 50 years the Democrats demand reparations for the illegals who were underpaid and treated like property, the very policies they support\u00a0now, I\u2019m gonna lose it.)<\/em><\/p>\n

As we\u2019re all acutely aware, Los Angeles is indistinguishable from a third world riot scene. <\/strong>If you didn\u2019t know better, you\u2019d think you were in Mogadishu in July 1989, or Tripoli in 2011\u2014but nope, it\u2019s just a Golden State city after decades of Democrat control.<\/p>\n

And, offering her two cents about the events, mayor Karen Bass says that if the ICE raids persist, there will be \u201cnobody\u201d left to nanny LA\u2019s children or mow the lawns.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her comments are below, from a\u00a0report<\/a>\u00a0at Fox News:<\/p>\n

\u2018My biggest fear is the impact that all Angelenos will begin to feel when the labor of immigrants is absent,\u2019 Bass said. \u2018We\u2019ll feel it in the construction industry. We\u2019ll feel it in hospitality. We\u2019ll feel it at grocery stores. People will begin to notice<\/strong>.\u2019<\/p>\n

She continued, \u2018You think about the mothers who have nannies and housekeepers. They will feel it when there’s nobody to do childcare and there\u2019s nobody to take their kids to school. You know, you will feel it when your gardener goes away,<\/strong> and you don\u2019t know where he or she is. So Angelenos will feel the absence of immigrant labor.\u2019<\/p>\n

There will be \u201cnobody\u201d left to undercut American wages and steal American jobs? Sounds like a win-win to me. Oh the horror that a parent would have to care for their\u00a0own<\/em>\u00a0child, or tend the garden without the help!<\/p>\n

But she is right, rooting out illegals would be felt in the job market\u2014because they\u2019re taking a\u00a0ton<\/em>\u00a0of our jobs. One study presented a very,\u00a0very<\/em>\u00a0conservative estimate, that 11% of the workforce in LA is made up of illegal workers. The Las Vegas Sun\u00a0reports<\/a>\u00a0that immigrant labor makes up a whopping 55% of the job market in California\u2014how many of those are illegals?\u2014and then there\u2019s this, from a search engine AI:<\/p>\n

In California, around 40% of the construction workforce is composed of immigrants, with about half of them potentially lacking documentation. An estimated 45% of agricultural workers are undocumented.<\/p>\n

However\u2026 you know who we wouldn\u2019t miss if they didn\u2019t show up for\u00a0\u201cwork\u201d? Government parasites, like Bass<\/strong>. Can we loose ICE on California\u2019s elected officials, so they too stop showing their faces in public?<\/p>\n
