Hecox, is about Idaho\u2019s Fairness in Women\u2019s Sports Act, \u201cwhich <strong>ensures that women and girls do not have to compete against men and boys no matter how those men and boys identify<\/strong>,\u201d according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/DocketPDF\/24\/24-38\/317849\/20240711163446892_Hecox%20v.%20Little%20Certiorari%20Petition.pdf\">petition<\/a> filed in the case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The second case,<\/strong> West Virginia v.
