Peace In Ukraine Won’t End The West’s Hybrid War On Russia<\/span><\/p>\n

Their refined Hybrid War model will involve efforts to win the \u201ctech race\u201d, a new Western division of labor for containing Russia in Europe, and AI-generated anti-Russian infowars.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Russia\u2019s natural resource wealth and new role in\u00a0accelerating multipolar processes<\/a>\u00a0incentivize the West to continue its\u00a0Hybrid<\/a>\u00a0War<\/a>\u00a0on Russia even in the event of peace in Ukraine. The US\u2019 neoconservative policymaking faction and the EU\u2019s liberal-globalists (essentially one and the same at this point) continue to perceive Russia as an enduring rival to\u00a0contain and ideally dismember<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why they\u2019re expected to refine their ongoing Hybrid War on Russia in the coming future through the following three means.<\/p>\n

The first involves their efforts to win the \u201ctech race\u201d, specifically in terms of AI and the Internet of Things, which they envisage will enable them to lead the \u201cFourth Industrial Revolution<\/a>\u201d (4IR). <\/strong>The consequent economic and military edge that they anticipate is supposed to \u201cleave Russia in the dust\u201d as they see it. They believe that economic and then political instability will eventually follow in Russia. This could take the form of\u00a0Color Revolutions<\/a>, renewed terrorist insurgencies, and\/or uncontrollable elite infighting.<\/p>\n

The second aspect concerns the\u00a0West\u2019s division of labor<\/a>\u00a0in containing Russia. <\/strong>The US will \u201cLead From Behind<\/a>\u201d by providing back-end support for its European junior partners as it prioritizes containing China. Meanwhile, the UK wants a sphere of influence in the\u00a0Arctic-Baltic<\/a>, Germany\u00a0just in the Baltic<\/a>, Poland in\u00a0Central & Eastern Europe<\/a>, and France in\u00a0Romania-Moldova<\/a>. The EU\u2019s associated \u20ac800 billion \u201cReArm Europe Plan<\/a>\u201d, which will likely lead to social spending cuts, is being spun as a \u2018defense of democracy\u2019.<\/p>\n

And finally, the last element of the West\u2019s refined Hybrid War on Russia will focus on AI-generated anti-Russian infowars, both to demoralize Russians and boost morale among Westerners. <\/strong>They\u2019ll write entire articles, control more realistic bots on social media, create lifelike videos, and ultimately masquerade as policy experts and average folks alike. Years of secretly scraping Mainstream Media,\u00a0Alt-Media<\/a>, social media (including non-Western platforms), and YouTube for data will make these fakes very convincing.<\/p>\n

For as compelling as these plans may be, they won\u2019t destabilize Russia. Its economy has already\u00a0proven itself remarkably resilient<\/a>\u00a0and China can\u00a0help it catch up<\/a>\u00a0to the West in the tech race. As for conventional Western military threats, Russia\u2019s military-industrial production\u00a0far surpasses NATO\u2019s<\/a>, while Russia\u2019s effective \u201cDemocratic<\/a>\u00a0Security<\/a>\u201d policies have preemptively neutralized\u00a0infowar<\/a>\u00a0threats<\/a>. The end result will be that Europe becomes\u00a0more subordinate<\/a>\u00a0to the US without either of them subordinating Russia.<\/p>\n

The West\u2019s plans could also backfire. <\/strong>The European public might embrace populist-nationalists who promise to restore social spending levels by cutting newly planned military spending. Even if they\u2019re kept out of power through\u00a0Romanian-like machinations<\/a>, that would be at the expense of further discrediting the myth of \u201cWestern democracy\u201d, which might fuel an even greater public trust crisis. At the very least, standards of living will stagnate or even decline, and Europe might thus be the one \u201cleft in the dust\u201d.<\/p>\n

The West\u2019s refined Hybrid War on Russia that\u2019s expected to follow peace in Ukraine, whenever that might come and regardless of the terms, is inevitable due to how deeply embedded neoconservatives and liberal-globalists are in its decision-making ecosystem. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Even the best-case scenario of Trump\u00a0coercing Zelensky<\/a>\u00a0into Putin\u2019s demanded concessions and then Russia and the US agreeing to a\u00a0resource-centric<\/a>\u00a0strategic<\/a>\u00a0partnership<\/a>\u00a0can\u2019t avert this.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Russia is ready, however, so this will all be for naught.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
