The Connecticut Forum\u00a0hosted<\/a>\u00a0Barack Obama a few weeks ago to discuss current events, and the former president took the opportunity to\u00a0support<\/a>\u00a0government regulatory constraints for online speech.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cWe want diversity of opinion.\u00a0\u00a0We don\u2019t want diversity of facts,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Obama opined in his nonchalant way of attacking the First Amendment while pretending to support it.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cThere is a difference between these platforms letting all voices be heard,\u201d he continued, \u201cversus a business model that elevates the most hateful voices, or the most polarizing voices, or the most dangerous in the sense of inciting violence.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Obama has always been a tyrant wearing a smiling celebrity\u2019s mask.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Just who shall be empowered to determine the \u201cfacts\u201d that will constrain public speech?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barack Obama and his fellow Marxist travelers expect to have that job.\u00a0\u00a0Did you know that men can have babies and that women are at risk for prostate cancer?\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s right!<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0Those are \u201cfacts\u201d!\u00a0\u00a0Did you know that Hamas terrorists who chop off Jewish babies\u2019 heads practice a \u201creligion of peace\u201d?\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s a \u201cfact,\u201d too, and anybody who disagrees is spreading \u201chate\u201d!\u00a0\u00a0Did you know that the Clinton-Obama-Steele Dossier confirmed President Trump\u2019s \u201ccollusion\u201d with Russia and that Vladimir Putin now rules from the White House?\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s a \u201cfact\u201d!\u00a0\u00a0Disgraced CIA director John Brennan and disgraced FBI director Jim Comey both said so!\u00a0\u00a0Did you know that we\u2019re all going to die from global cooling\u2026er<\/em>, global warming\u2026er<\/em>,\u00a0I mean<\/em>, extreme weather, unless we pay more in taxes and allow powerful corporations and governments to monitor our economic transactions?\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s a scientific \u201cfact,\u201d man!<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0Anybody who disagrees is a \u201cdangerous\u201d idiot!<\/p>\n

The truth is that if we really followed Obama\u2019s proposed regulatory rule in constraining online speech, most of the nonsense that Democrats and their leftist cohorts around the world believe would be banned as\u00a0fake science<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0fake news<\/em>!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0It takes a tremendous amount of \u201cdiversity of facts<\/a>\u201d to conclude that strange men should be allowed to share restrooms with little girls and compete in women\u2019s sports.\u00a0\u00a0Yet, according to Obama, the delusional should be entitled to determine what is \u201ctrue,\u201d and the sane should be punished for objecting!<\/p>\n

Consider delusional leftists\u2019 unhealthy obsession with the weather.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u201cGlobal warming\u201d is a\u00a0pseudo-scientific<\/a>\u00a0cult religion used to concentrate economic and political power into the hands of a small number of global elites.\u00a0\u00a0Earth is worshiped as a goddess.\u00a0\u00a0Hydrocarbons are forbidden fruits.\u00a0\u00a0And humans who choose natural energy sources, such as oil and gas, over Paleolithic standards of living are condemned as sinners who must repent by handing over their material possessions to the State.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The \u201cgreen energy\u201d scam is bastardized Christianity dressed in Marxism and packaged to ignorant yet self-important lost souls who crave meaning in their lives.\u00a0\u00a0It is both\u00a0fake science<\/em>\u00a0and a\u00a0fake religion<\/em>\u00a0for those who are desperate to feel that they are smarter and more virtuous than everyone else.\u00a0\u00a0It is a dogma for bullies that provides those who idolize rocks an opportunity to inflict great human suffering while pretending to do the opposite.\u00a0\u00a0It is a lie told by elites, swallowed whole by brainwashed minions who know nothing of real science, and used to transfer income and savings from the poorest to the wealthiest.\u00a0\u00a0It is a boogeyman story that those with power tell to those without power.\u00a0\u00a0It is pure evil.\u00a0\u00a0And it is the settled \u201cscientific\u201d consensus of the Democrat Party, European Union bureaucrats, and their corporate allies throughout the West.<\/p>\n

It makes perfect sense why Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg (now twenty-two years old) became the global face for fighting \u201cclimate change.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Economic and political elites always prey on the young when they need to push fanciful and costly public policies.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0(After all, there\u2019s a reason why politicians send eighteen-year-old boys to cross barbed-wire battlefields saturated with mines and dead bodies: thirty-year-old soldiers have seen enough to know that their governments use them as cannon fodder.)\u00a0\u00a0What makes someone as young as Greta an ideal mascot for elites\u2019 shadowy agenda is not her incomplete education or scientific illiteracy; it is her youthful inexperience in recognizing how persistently governments lie.<\/p>\n

As far as I can tell, Greta believes that man-made \u201cclimate change\u201d and capitalism, more generally, are killing the planet.\u00a0\u00a0Meanwhile, she doesn\u2019t seem very curious as to why colossal multinational investment firms \u2014 including BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street \u2014 have heavily invested in the World Economic Forum\u2019s \u201cGreat Reset,\u201d the U.S.-E.U.\u2019s \u201cGreen New Deal,\u201d and so-called \u201cenvironmental, social, and governance\u201d (ESG) standards of investing.\u00a0\u00a0If the biggest players in capitalism and the wealthiest financial dynasties on the planet are all hyping the \u201cclimate change\u201d apocalypse, a staunch critic of capitalism with a few functioning neural synapses might wonder why \u201csave the planet\u201d foot soldiers are working for the moneyed elite.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nine times out of ten, innocent useful idiots who do the bidding of Big Business and Big Government simply can\u2019t fathom that powerful interests would advance outrageous lies as the \u201ctruth.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Apocalyptic \u201cglobal warming,\u201d Greta surely tells herself, must be true because if it is not, then global leaders, \u201cscientific\u201d organizations, and countless \u201cphilanthropic\u201d groups have conspired to pull the wool over the eyes of the world.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The lies that powerful people and institutions spread are\u00a0so brazen<\/a>\u00a0that sometimes painful experience is required to break the spell of popular consensus.\u00a0\u00a0Whether that experience is the government\u2019s official narrative regarding President Kennedy\u2019s assassination, the government\u2019s evidence for weapons of mass destruction in the lead-up to the Iraq War, the government\u2019s assertion that Russia stole the 2016 presidential election from Hillary Clinton, the government\u2019s directed censorship of scientific corroboration that COVID was engineered in a Wuhan laboratory, or the government\u2019s repeated promises that COVID \u201cvaccines\u201d are \u201csafe and effective<\/a>,\u201d a large number of people require a\u00a0Eureka!<\/em>\u00a0moment before they finally realize that governments and corporations specialize in Big Lies.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Until that time, the same people who push endless wars, mass migration, and higher taxes that pay off Big Bank losses wave their rainbow flags and suck fifteen-dollar drinks from paper straws.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0And too many young, useful idiots play \u201cfollow the leader\u201d and believe that \u201ctransgenderism\u201d and \u201cglobal warming\u201d are real.<\/p>\n

As is true of leftist political parties throughout the West, the Democrat Party in the United States is now just an assortment of foreigners who broke into the country and a menagerie of \u201cwoke,\u201d America-hating communists obsessed with their genitals and skin color.\u00a0\u00a0The tenets of its professed ideology are contradictory, stale, and stupid.\u00a0\u00a0Democrat voters have become the programmable parrots for an elite aristocratic class.\u00a0\u00a0They believe and do what they are told and repeat what they hear.\u00a0\u00a0If they must support \u201ctransgenderism,\u201d \u201cglobal warming,\u201d or Hamas terrorists to remain in good standing with Barack Obama\u2019s \u201cfact\u201d checkers, they will.\u00a0\u00a0To be a member of the modern Democrat Party is to hand your brain over to your master while putting on a cosplay uniform that allows na\u00efve people to playact at being revolutionaries.<\/p>\n

If Barack Obama and his Marxist legions are allowed to determine the \u201cfacts,\u201d then the world will continue its descent toward a future where the delusional rule over the sane.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Lying politicians will continue to\u00a0criminalize free speech<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0Lying spies from the various large intestines of the Intelligence Community will continue to invent \u201cnarratives\u201d that justify war.\u00a0\u00a0Lying central bankers will continue to\u00a0suck up wealth<\/a>\u00a0from the middle class while forcing everyone to use paper confetti as currency.\u00a0\u00a0Lying \u201cscientists\u201d will continue to promote \u201cclimate change\u201d or COVID fearmongering in return for government grant money.\u00a0\u00a0Greta Thunberg might even win Nobel Prizes for both peace and chemistry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Only\u00a0truth<\/em>\u00a0can beat back the foolish wickedness of this world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
