Robert De Niro Could Face 5 Years In Prison Over Trump “Get Rid Of Him” Threats<\/span><\/p>\n

Bill O\u2019Reilly has called for the Secret Service to haul in Robert\u00a0De Niro\u00a0for an \u201cintensive interrogation\u201d following the actor\u2019s repeated threats against President Trump, warning that\u00a0De Niro\u00a0could face up to five years behind bars if convicted under federal law.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The demand comes amid growing scrutiny of De Niro\u2019s unhinged anti-Trump rants, which have exposed the depths of Trump Derangement Syndrome among leftists desperate to undermine America First leadership.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Reilly zeroed in on De Niro\u2019s recent MSNBC interview where the actor repeatedly declared \u201cwe got to get rid of him\u201d in reference to Trump.<\/p>\n

Bill O\u2019Reilly says Robert De Niro should be pulled in by the Secret Service for an \u201cintensive interrogation\u201d after reportedly threatening President Trump.<\/p>\n

If convicted, O\u2019Reilly says De Niro could face 5 years in prison.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, he said the words, \u2018we got to get rid of him\u2019 three times,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>O\u2019Reilly stated.<\/p>\n

He slammed MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace for failing to challenge De Niro on the spot.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny interviewer other than Nicole Wallace would have said, \u2018what do you mean by that? He\u2019s elected. 77 million people voted for him,\u2019\u201d <\/strong><\/em>O\u2019Reilly noted.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s \u2018we got to get rid of him?\u2019 Are you talking about impeachment? What are you talking about?\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Reilly then put himself in the shoes of the Secret Service director, emphasizing the gravity of such statements given the recent assassination attempts on Trump.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, I\u2019m watching this and I\u2019m the head of the Secret Service,\u201d<\/strong><\/em> O\u2019Reilly said.<\/p>\n

\u201cUSC, US code 871, it is a crime to threaten not only the president of the United States but the vice president and everybody else in succession,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd with Donald Trump and the assassination attempts, this goes WAY up,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>the host stressed.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay, so I\u2019m the Secret Service director and I\u2019m seeing this three times, \u2018we got to get rid of him\u2019 \u2014 I got agents pulling De Niro in for a Q&A and he better have a lawyer,\u201d O\u2019Reilly asserted.<\/p>\n

He warned that De Niro\u2019s responses during questioning could lead to charges, noting \u201cNow, you could charge him based upon his answers to the interrogation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf he takes the fifth, a refused answer on the grounds, right? You could charge him.\u00a0And if he were convicted, he\u2019d get 5 years in prison under this code,\u201d O\u2019Reilly urged.<\/p>\n

As we\u00a0previously reported<\/a>, De Niro broke down in tears during that same MSNBC appearance, sobbing over Trump\u2019s supposed \u201cdivision\u201d while claiming the President is \u201cattempting to destroy this country.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In the interview, De Niro spluttered, \u201cYou have to lift people up. You can\u2019t divide people\u2026 this thing (Trump) they\u2019re destroying, attempting to destroy this country and maybe not even understanding why. It\u2019s up to us to protect the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also ranted about Trump refusing to leave the White House, stating, \u201cWe see it we see it we see it all the time, he will not want to leave.\u201d<\/p>\n

De Niro has previously labeled Trump advisor Stephen Miller a \u201cNazi,\u201d adding, \u201cHe\u2019s a Nazi. Yes, he is, and he\u2019s Jewish and he should be ashamed of himself.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cEverything, the point is we have to keep fighting and pushing until he is out, period. There\u2019s no other way. He\u2019s not going to want to leave the White House,\u201d De Niro has insisted.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Reilly\u2019s analysis highlights how Hollywood\u2019s unchecked hatred is now crossing into potential legal territory, especially as Trump\u2019s policies expose the failures of leftist agendas.<\/strong><\/p>\n
