Packers stars Micah Parsons, Xavier McKinney receive All-Pro honors

GREEN BAY – Two Green Bay Packers defensive stars received All-Pro honors.

Defensive end Micah Parsons was named first-team All-Pro while safety Xavier McKinney was voted to the second team. The votes were determined by 50 media members of the Associated Press.

The Packers acquired Parsons via a trade with the Dallas Cowboys before the start of the 2025 season and he made an immediate impact on the defense.

Parsons’ debut season in Green Bay was cut short after tearing his ACL in Week 15 in Denver, but he still received 19 first-team votes and a total of 68 points. It’s the fourth time in five seasons Parsons has been voted to the AP All-Pro team. Parsons finished with 12.5 sacks, 41 tackles, 26 quarterback hits and 83 pressures in 14 games, per NFL Next Gen stats. He’s the only player in NFL history since 1982 to register 12 or more sacks in each of his first five NFL seasons.

McKinney earned seven first-team votes, finishing with 31 total points. It’s his second consecutive All-Pro selection. McKinney, who made the first-team last year, had 107 tackles, 10 passes defensed and two interceptions while playing a team-leading 1,053 snaps on defense in 2025.

Punter Daniel Whelan, right tackle Zach Tom, wide receiver Christian Watson, safety Evan Williams, linebacker Edgerrin Cooper, cornerback Keisean Nixon and long snapper Matt Orzech all received All-Pro votes. Whelan received three first-place votes.
