RB James Cook vs. LB Devin Lloyd<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

The highlighted matchup between the Bills and Jaguars is Buffalo’s No. 1 rushing attack in the NFL and the Jaguars defense, who spot the league’s best run defense.<\/p>\n

Cook won the NFL’s rushing title in 2025, meanwhile, Pro Football Focus<\/a> grades Lloyd as the NFL’s third-best linebacker in 2025 with an overall grade of 89.1. Lloyd will spearhead the Jags’ plan to stop Cook in the middle of Jacksonville’s defense. <\/p>\n

TE Dalton Kincaid vs. LB Foyesade Oluokun<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n
