Defensive back Dejuan Lane signed with the Vols on Saturday, according to Pete Nakos of On3.<\/p>\n<p>The 6-foot-2, 205-pound defensive back appeared in 29 games, including three starts, for the <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/ncaaf\/teams\/penn-state-nittany-lions\/3440\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nittany Lions<\/a> from 2024-25.<\/p>\n<p>Lane joins defensive lineman <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/articles\/penn-state-transfer-reunite-jim-134542145.html\">Xavier Gilliam<\/a>, linebacker Amare Campbell and defensive lineman <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/articles\/tennessee-football-receives-third-penn-195837420.html\">Chaz Coleman<\/a> as Penn State players who transferred to Tennessee.<\/p>\n<p>The former Nittany Lions will reunite with <a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/articles\/jim-knowles-ties-david-cutcliffe-210017934.html\">Jim Knowles<\/a>. Tennessee hired him\u00a0as defensive coordinator following the 2025 regular season.
