Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font has vowed to sue Real Madrid TV if he takes over from Joan Laporta at the helm of the club.<\/p>\n
The candidates are now campaigning hard ahead of next month\u2019s elections, and Font has spoken out about Los Blancos after Barcelona\u2019s disappointing defeat to Girona on Monday night in La Liga.<\/a><\/p>\n Real Madrid TV has been in the spotlight this season for criticising referees<\/a>, and Font wants action to be taken.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter the match against Girona, we must make it clear that Barcelona fans are\u00a0deeply disappointed and more vulnerable than ever,\u201c he told reporters.<\/p>\n \u201cFor the last five years, Real Madrid has managed to distort the competition. During this time, Real Madrid has been awarded 26 more penalties than Bar\u00e7a.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhen we talk about defending the club, we\u2019re not talking about making pronouncements and slogans, but about taking action. That\u2019s why we are working to act and defend Bar\u00e7a with concrete actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cOur legal team is preparing a complaint against the RFEF and the CTA, which will be filed after we win the elections, to ensure that the manipulation being carried out by Real Madrid Television\u00a0and the conflicts of interest involving a woman who is part of the CTA and is the wife of a Real Madrid employee, Yolanda Parla, are denounced. Defending the club isn\u2019t about shouting, it\u2019s about taking action.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cWe are going to sue Real Madrid Television; we are not going to side with Florentino and Tebas.
