That usurped the one-year, $3.1 million contract he signed with New England in 2024. From 2020-23, Hooper was paid handsomely. The 31-year-old agreed to a four-year, $42 million deal to join the Cleveland Browns in 2020. Hooper signed two subsequent one-year deals with the Tennessee Titans in 2022, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders in 2023 after being released by the Browns in 2022. Now, he\u2019s in line to be an unrestricted free agent this winter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotrac.com\/nfl\/player\/market-value\/_\/id\/19035\/austin-hooper\">Spotrac currently has Hooper\u2019s market value<\/a> estimated at $2.4 million annually. That is less than half of what he earned on his one-year deal last year.<\/p>\n<p>Hooper\u2019s receiving yards went from 476 in 2024 to 263 in 2025. The Stanford product also scored three touchdowns in 2024 compared to two last season.<\/p>\n<p>With a decreased workload last season, the Patriots felt it necessary to throw the ball Hooper\u2019s way 33 fewer times in 2025 (26) than they did in 2024 (59).
