Let’s get the obvious out of the way: Saturday night’s 8-3 loss to the Oilers was a nightmare. Total s%#t show. David Rittich was an absolute mess. Cam Talbot fought Mike Smith and was tossed, eclipsing his career total of PIM in one night. The Flames defence, outside of Mark Giordano, was atrocious. Johnny Gaudreau and Sean Monahan were no-show’s again in a big game.
