The pill box case is slick plastic, which is different from matte finish that is normally on Enacfire cases (or mock leather), and the buds are a bit difficult to remove from the case. Almost as if the earbuds are in backwards. I find myself removing a earbud from the case then having to turn it around so it will go into the ear.
