YES, they already know the timer does not work—–and for years. Guess they really want to sell that expensive outdoor cam system for few hundred dollars – disregarding the pro-9000 sensor, unless it sits in your face on a computer–which requires no movement sensor ! SO, logitech represents quality, but DON’T LOOK TO GET SUPPORT on its’ products.
