First purchase, the Porter Cable PC1500HG electric heat gun, but found it lacking for finishing meat cooked Sous Vide. At the time of purchase, I was not aware of the Fan Nozzle. However, it is a great heat gun. Cost, $28.30 Next purchase, the popular Benzomatic TS8000 torch and the companion Searzall Torch Attachment.
