Many manufacturers are going to cardboard folders for CDs and I find many of them are hard to get the disc out of. These are approximately 3/16 ths of an inch thick (.180 in. or 4.5 mm) and have tabs for fitting the Identification sheet or folder in the inside face of the holder. It also clearly shows the disk if the info is shown on the disc face.
