What happens is that the EERO Pro mesh system is trying to connect via 5.2 or 5.8 Ghz ONLY!! The Ring Pro camera only operates at 2.4., even though EERO Pro does operate at 2.4 GHz. The mesh system did NOT want to change because the signal strength to the unit was “excellent” as it was less than 25 feet away from one of the EERO pods.
