Since the heart rate monitor is the most important function for me, this renders the watch useless. Thus, it’s going back for a refund. No idea which one I will try next, because I can’t afford to spend $200+ on one of the bells-and-whistles models (don’t have a smartphone anyway) and cannot wear a chest strap style monitor.
