After suffering brain damage in an incident at home more than a month ago, Archie Battersbee of Southend, Essex, has not regained consciousness. The 12-year-doctors old’s believe he is “highly likely” dead and that life support should be turned off. The hospital wants the court to order a test to determine whether he is alive or dead.
