Overview. The Professional Engineers Registration (Fees) Regulations 2021 (Fees Regulations) were made on 16 June 2021 and will come into operation on 1 July 2021. The Fees Regulations are made under the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 (the Act) to prescribe fees and other matters to support the registration and endorsement of professional engineers.
