sprint to t-mobile migration- no one from tmobile can help!

2/ and we can’t call each other on the family plan. I’ve spent 2 hours in the store, 2 hours with T-Mobile tech (who kept trying to tell me. to Restart my phone or that it was a tower issue), I’ve reset my network settings. Nothing works. I even called sprint who told me that all 3 of my lines ported successfully.
