The Tall Ship Elissa is part of the Seaport Museum, so you get to walk through the museum and then for a nominal fee board the Elissa. The details both on deck and below deck are incredible. It’s part of a package deal with the Texas Seaport Museum and Harbor Tour , both located alongside the ship on Pier 21, and we recommend that you buy the package deal and spend a few hours doing the whole shebang.
