The PS4 pad is already ergonomically designed so these aren’t really a necessity I feel. However the thumb grips do feel comfortable and provide good levels of grip. The increased height of the thumb sticks can help with range of motion and therefore precision on faster paced competitive games such as Call Of Duty.
