My main monitor is a LG 27GL83A-B (G-Sync Compatible) and when I enable G-Sync in the Nvidia Control Panel I get strange black screen blinking at random times. If I disable G-Sync but enable V-Sync “Fast” in the global 3D options the problem goes away and I still apparently get G-Sync’ed (or some equivalent) output (no tearing etc.).
