I use Google Fit and Facebook Messenger, and it links with both of them, as well as text messaging and call notifications. I have hypertension, which requires me to keep track of my blood pressure, and the blood pressure reading is really close to what my blood pressure reads with the standard blood pressure cuff at the doctor.
