Update 3: Well folks this update is about manufacturing / Assembly quality control or design robustness. In 8 months I’ve had 5 RIVO’s. Our first Rivo which was the subject of the first two updates lasted 6 months. Then it stopped making cappuccino quality froth. Keurig quickly replaced it. Within 3 days the replacement was on the doorstep.
