Charlotte Moccia was last being forced into an older, dark blue Honda with tinted windows, no front plate, and distinctive rims near Princeton and Amherst Streets in Springfield around 1:30 p.m. State Police said a white or Hispanic man was walking behind her and forced her into the back of the car, pictured above.
