70 reviews of Bella “Some of the best food I’ve had in Blount county. They kept a lot about the look of the old building which I appreciate. They upgraded the bar and seating areas and painted the brick a nice off white. The service was good, but you could tell the staff was still figuring everything out. Give them another month and I think the service will be flawless.
