It’s worth noting that the best computers in the world cannot go undefeated in Wordle in Hard Mode, with SLATE. You can get a fantastic average with SLATE, but you cannot go undefeated (without cheating). There’s no wrong way to Wordle (except starting with “adieu”, that’s just ewe), but if you value your average over a streak, choose SLATE.
