1 Upload your image. Upload your desired image from your own photo library or select a stock image to feature your design. 2 Blur your images. Select the image you wish to blur, and the adjustment menu will appear. Choose the Blur option and use the sliding scale to select the desired amount of blurring. 3 Save and download.
