Cardiff Half Marathon is returning for 2019 and, as always, the event promises to be a huge spectacle.. Around 25,000 runners will take to the Welsh capital’s iconic 13.1 mile course, with many raising money for charity in the process.. This year, the organisers are encouraging people to run, refuel and then recycle at the clearly signed points along the route.
