The Arizona Supreme Court issued the ruling on April 14, 2021 in favor of the City of Tucson. The Tucson City Clerk’s Office will continue to proceed with preparations to hold elections in 2021. The Primary Election will be held on August 3, 2021 and the General Election on November 2, 2021.
