Cardiff City FC Foundation is an independent charity, incorporated in 2009. We are the official charity of Cardiff City Football Club. Volunteer For Us. Here at the Foundation, many of our staff have grown from volunteers to becoming full time staff members. Our volunteers are active and involved, their support is integral to our work as a charity.
