The Dubuque Dragon Boat Association will be hosting the 33rd Annual Dubuque Dragon Boat Races here September 11-12, 2021.The event will be held at Riverview Park. This year’s theme is Cartoon Characters, come dressed as your favorite Cartoon Character.
