I was sitting home watching on Live barn and didn’t read all the US Hockey rules prior. These rules at the minor hockey level make no real sense since every other league/level allows icing the puck on a PK – in fact, that’s the only time it’s acceptable. But that’s fine – it was just bad reffing in general.
