Helen Whately MP has been appointed Minister for Care at the Department of Health and Social Care. The MP for Faversham and Mid-Kent, who was previously parliamentary undersecretary of state at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport , has taken over from Caroline Dinenage MP, who has moved in the opposite direction.
