How can I stop telling myself I’ll “start tomorrow”? – Reddit

I’m always starting tomorrow, always losing and gaining the same 40 pounds. It seems to take me 3 days to get back on track. Day One starts off really easy, like just puttering around the house cleaning, running errands and getting to those household things I’ve been telling myself I’ll “get around to.”
