Ian Paterson is a former breast surgeon and he served at Bupa Hospital in Sutton Coldfield. The institutes were run by Spire Healthcare and the major accusation is that Spire allowed the sinister and evil surgeon to operate on countless naive victims, even after his license was suspended in 2012 by the General Medical Council.
