An Ontario man is in stable condition after being stabbed multiple times in the neck by a trucker from Nebraska. Ontario Police say Ronnell Hughes, who is an African-American man, was at the Pilot/Arby’s truck stop, when Nolan Strauss suddenly approached Hughes and started stabbing him.
