The state’s returning Gatorade Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year, Williams clocked a time of 10.21 seconds in the 100 at the Nike Jesuit Twilight Relays, which ranked as the nation’s No. 2 performance among prep competitors in 2019 at the time of his selection.
