New Delhi: The winner of Miss Universe 2023 pageant is R’Bonney Gabriel of the United States. Model, fashion designer, and sewing instructor R’Bonney Gabriel, 28, is also the first Filipino American to win Miss USA. At the 71st Miss Universe pageant’s grand finale, the diva was crowned by Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu.
