Daniel Lee Polka, 69, of Tama, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at UnityPoint Health/Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. Services will be held at a later date. Daniel was born on February 6, 1952, in Marshalltown, Iowa, the son of Paul and Doris (Brown) Polka. He graduated from South Tama High School in 1970.
