The town of Wiley is named after W.M.Wiley, who was a resident of Holly, Colorado and president of Holly Sugar Company. 100 years ago this quaint community was home to 95 citizens, which was quite a few for that time. These days Wiley has kept up with the changing times without losing that small town peaceful friendliness of bygone days.
