Ross and Rachel first met when Rachel became friends with Monica at school. Indeed they all attended Lincoln High School at the same time, all be it that Ross was in a higher grade. Rachel was also a frequent visitor to the Geller home as her parents were best friends with Ross and Monica’s parents.
